We have two adult fitness classes:
Dynamic Fitness - Tuesday 7.30 - 8.30pm
Dynamic Fitness brings specific sections of fitness together: Aerobic & Anaerobic fitness, Muscle Strength and Power, Endurance, Balance, Agility, Resistance work and Stretch. These combine to give an excellent weekly work out, finely tuned for dance and life - but without the slog.
FunDance Fitness - Monday 11.15 - 12.15pm
FunDance Fitness is gentle and fun cardio exercise with stretching. It is designed for those who would like to get moving or return to exercise again after a long break. We learn short dances to go to specific pieces of music and enjoy dancing them as a way to exercise that is fun, interesting and wil gently workout the body.
I have been highly trained to degree level level in anatomy and physiology. Health and fitness classes are a passion of mine and I enjoy them very much. They are a great complement to dance work or an excellent stand alone class for body strength and power.
I hold an Enhanced DBS certificate, my classes have Public Liability Insurance cover, and we have a PRS/PPL license to play the music used in the classes. #dbscertificate #publicliabilityinsurance #prsppl
